Zippi can assist with your accounts for all online bookkeeping platforms, including Xero, MYOB Online and Quickbooks.
Unfortunately, Zippi is unable to offer support for offline or non-cloud hosted platforms at this point in time.
Zippi does not operate within set hours, and instead we schedule your work to ensure we are meeting any business, reporting or operational timelines that you might require. If you would prefer Zippi to be processing during certain timeframes, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.
Zippi offers online only bookkeeping and business advisory services. Face to Face, in person meetings are not possible. However we are more than happy to accommodate online meeting via Microsoft Teams, Zoom or any other video conferencing platform

As a registered and fully qualified chartered accountant, bookkeeping becomes so much more than just clicking buttons in an accounting file. Instead, I can look holistically as transactions, consider the debit and credit impact and look even further to consider the financial reporting and taxation implications.
Zippi will always quote upfront any services provided. In the pursuit of being as flexible as possible Zippi offers fixed fee engagements or hourly rates (or a combination of both). If we anticipate additional costs for our services, we will always do our best to advise and consult with you beforehand.
The easiest way to provide copies of physical documents is to either take a photo or use an iPhone or Andriod 'scanning' app (which are typically free). If you already use a platform such as Dext or HubDocs, then you're all sorted already!
